Go directly to ER
- Respiratory distress
- Rectal temperature ≥ 100.5° in baby <60 days old
Same day appointments
- Wheezing/trouble breathing
- Fever and dysuria
- Persistent vomiting and diarrhea (if not tolerating any liquids and there are concerns of dehydration)
- Acute onset of pain, including ear
Within a few days
- Constipation (true constipation defined as hard stools, and not improved by age appropriate recommendations)
Within a month
- Bedwetting
