Flu Vaccine

Who gets two doses in the same flu season?

From the CDC: "Since the 2010–11 season, guidance for determining the appropriate number of doses has taken strain changes into account. Because of the change in vaccine composition for 2015–16, children aged 6 months through 8 years will need to have received ≥2 doses of influenza vaccine previously to require only 1 dose for the 2015–16 season."

HPV Vaccine

2016 HPV Guidlines

  • 9 to 14 years old: TWO doses spaced at least SIX MONTHS apart.
  • 15 years old and up: THREE vaccines are still required.
